Learning begins with people.
I'm a learning designer and educator who believes people are the whole point. My work is quiet and long-form — listening carefully, designing with care, and staying curious about what helps someone grow. Since 2009, I've been helping people learn across classrooms, organizations, and industries — and the reason I keep showing up is simpler than any title: I find people endlessly interesting, and I love watching them come into their own.

Why I do this
I grew up believing that learning is one of the most generous things a person can do — for themselves and for everyone around them. That belief has followed me into every room I've worked in. What I care about is not the deliverable. It is the moment someone realizes they can do the thing they thought they couldn't. I design toward that moment, and I try to protect it.
A note, in my own voice
I'm still the same person who was moved, as a young girl in Brazil, by a teacher who took her seriously. Everything I've built since is a way of returning that favor — one learner, one team, one program at a time.

Five chapters, one story.
This site is less a résumé and more a documentary. Each chapter is a way into the same idea — that learning begins with people, and that everything I've done since childhood has been a variation on that theme.
Learning in a changing world
Technology keeps changing. The work of helping people stays the same.
Technology has always evolved throughout my career — from early e-learning tools to today's AI-assisted workflows — and it will keep evolving. I don't believe we should fear it. I believe we should understand it, adapt to it thoughtfully, and use it to create better learning experiences for people. Technology should help people learn, simplify complexity, remove unnecessary barriers, and create more space for meaningful work. My role has always been the same: helping people navigate change with confidence.
Learning begins with people.
Every experience changed how I design learning. Every person changed how I see it.
